Prior to establishing Lauren Mercaldi Coaching, Lauren, held leadership roles in various industries, including financial services and health care with a Fortune 13 company. This firsthand experience informs Lauren's coaching approach, allowing for a deep understanding of the demands and complexities inherent in leadership and career progression.

Lauren holds a MBA in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University  and is a certified coach through IPEC and ICF (International Coaching Federation). Committed to staying at the forefront of coaching best practices,  Lauren regularly engages in professional development and continues to expand her expertise in areas such as emotional intelligence, strategic leadership, career progression and small business.

Lauren serves on the board of ICF-CT chapter as Programs Director, responsible for delivering professional development programs. She also serves as a board member of Network of Executive Women.
